Embodying the "In the middle of something" philosophy by CHAUTFIFTH, this design explores the duality of aesthetics. One side is dedicated to Maximalism - More is More, featuring intricate details across the surface, while the reverse side embraces Minimalism - Less is Less - But Not Plain, offering a clean look with subtle highlights.
The structural identity is defined by the unique bottom construction featuring two zipper compartments. Moving away from traditional rounded forms, these functional elements create an architectural silhouette. The design process was deeply meticulous, refining every component—from the front box pocket and leather mouth flap to the 2000s-inspired side panels—until the perfect balance was achieved.
Functionally versatile, the bag is designed to be worn both as a shoulder bag and cross-body, catering to modern movement and style preferences.
The Size S is specifically proportioned for essentials, comfortably fitting a long wallet and a large smartphone. It serves as an ideal companion for work, parties, or daily outings. For those requiring more space for items like an iPad, the larger Size M is also available.
