Shipping Address Accuracy

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

We will assist with investigations and resolutions in coordination with the courier.
Shipping responsibility transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
