How do I track my order status without an account?

Guest checkout orders are tracked via email.

  • Order Confirmation = your order is placed
  • Shipping Confirmation = your tracking link
Email-based Can’t find it? Check Promotions/Spam. Then message us with your name + email used at checkout.
How do I raise a return request without an account?

No account needed. Send your request via Contact Us with your order number.

Return conditions are listed on Returns & Exchanges.

Timing matters Please request within the return window and keep the item unused, with original packaging.
Why is my order partially delivered?

Some orders ship in separate parcels (multi-item orders, dispatch timing, or courier routing).

You’ll receive separate tracking links for each shipment. If anything looks missing, send us your order number.

How do I know where my order is shipped from?

Shipping origin can vary based on stock availability. If your order ships in parts, your tracking emails will reflect it.

Why is express delivery not an option for certain products?

Express delivery depends on destination, courier coverage, and shipping origin. Some combinations simply don’t qualify.

Checkout will always show the fastest available option for your cart.

When will my refund be processed?

After your return is received and approved, refunds usually reflect within 5–10 business days.

Your bank/payment provider is the final gatekeeper on timing.

How do I make an online return?

Send us your order number via Contact Us. We’ll confirm eligibility and guide the steps.

Please ensure the item is unused, in original condition, and within the return window.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

If you need a change, message us as soon as possible.

Once an order is processed for fulfilment, we may not be able to change items, address, or cancel it. If changes aren’t possible, we’ll advise the best next step after delivery.

Why do I see double records on my bank statement?

Sometimes you’ll see an authorisation hold and the final charge separately (especially with debit cards).

Usually it’s still a single payment. If you’re unsure, your bank can confirm the status fastest.
