How do I start a return or exchange?

- We confirm eligibility and provide next steps.
- Once received and checked, we process refund or exchange (subject to stock availability).

When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days.
Timing depends on your payment provider (bank/wallet). They’re the final gatekeeper.
Can I exchange for another item or colour?
Yes — as long as the item meets return conditions and the desired item/colour is in stock.
